More often, strain emerges through prolonged pressure, emotional fragmentation, relational disconnection, and the gradual erosion of internal congruency beneath sustained responsibility.

Not because something has failed, however because the weight, pace, visibility, and complexity surrounding everything being carried begins exceeding the way it's being metabolized internally.

Responsibility carries a sustained emotional, cognitive, and relational weight that no longer fully releases. Everything outwardly may continue functioning, however internally leadership begins asking for another way of relating to pressure, complexity, and responsibility itself.
