For generations, we have understood ourselves through isolated capacities, separating dimensions of our humanity that have always existed in relationship with one another. Yet our lives have always belonged to something far more interconnected. Every dimension of who we are exists within a living ecology, each in relationship with the others and inseparable from the greater fullness of who we are.
The Ecology of Intelligence™ reveals this living order, illuminating relationships that have always existed yet have rarely been recognized in their fullness. As these relationships become increasingly intelligible, so does the recognition that choice, responsibility, discernment, and creation have never been separate from one another.

The quality of our lives, our relationships, our leadership, and every expression entrusted to our stewardship reflects the relationship we hold with ourselves and the greater ecology within and around us. Every moment offers another invitation to perceive more deeply, relate more truthfully, and remember the limitless nature of who we are.

For more than two decades, I have devoted my life to understanding and innerstanding the deeper intelligibility of leadership, relationships, human development, and consciousness. Throughout those years, I continued to recognize relationships and living truths within our human experience that reached far beyond the ways intelligence had traditionally been understood.
The Ecology of Intelligence™ emerged through the convergence of my lived experience, the stewardship of others, and an enduring devotion to understanding the innumerable relationships through which we experience ourselves, one another, and life. One intelligence became recognizable, then another, each bringing greater distinction to something I had encountered, witnessed, or known, while opening an ever more expansive recognition of the extraordinary nature of who we are.
My writing and public conversations have become part of the continued evolution of this body of thought. Across more than 500 podcasts, television appearances, conferences, and global media conversations reaching millions worldwide, I have remained in conversation with the questions, experiences, and recognitions that continue to expand the Ecology. This evolution remains alive within my stewardship, my writing, the lives entrusted to me, and my own continued relationship with the limitless nature of our human and Divine existence.
